Project One was set in Guildford, on the lands of the Djadjawurrung people. Local produce and objects were showcased in the context of an intimate lunch. Project One was underpinned with educational information on the processes undertaken by our suppliers and See You Soon partners - including their environmental initiatives and sustainable practices.
